Trip Description:  

The Christian Iraqi Refugee Crisis has been called the Worst Humanitarian Emergency in the World today.  Christians of Iraq have been ravaged by religious presecution, kidnappings, torture and many other atrocities.  

In October, we will be sending a team to help bring relief, love and encouragement to these Iraqi Christian refugees living in Amman.  The team will be led by Calvary member Rob Marcarelli, a filmmaker and who recently premiered a documentary highlighting this crisis.

Some of the ways the team will be serving will include distributing funds to many of the families to buy needed supplies, helping lead an Awana Club for the children, listening to the stories of those who have lost their families, homes and country, and learning more about how we can get involved to see change in their situation.  Contact Rob Marcarelli if you are interested in being a part of this trip.
