The Graf Famly has moved to their new home country, Portugal…the Lisbon area. They are presently in a small condo and are looking for something which will be able to allow them to host larger gatherings and lots of guests (maybe even YOU!). PRAY as they continue to trust in our Triune God. Phil recently had the opportunity to do his first baptism in Portugal! And they have gotten to know some young leaders who are seeking further development and growth. They are enjoying the community that has birthed here. PLEASE PRAY for their role in strengthening and expanding this community. There have been a number of challenges as this family makes some pretty significant changes in their lives, but they are trusting God. They have been told by the Portuguese government that their paper work is still not valid and their home in Amsterdam is still unsold. PLEASE PRAY for some relief!
These dear people, as with some many of our missionaries, are greatly aware that these days are ones of desperate reliance on God’s generosity and faithfulness. They are grateful for all the sacrifices. Their greatest desire is to see the Grace of God penetrate the hearts of people all over the world. And they see that Europe is in desperate need of experiencing this! So whether they are in Amsterdam, France or Portugal…they carry this desire with them.
As you pray for the Graf Family, think of the words of Philippians 4: 6 – 7 – “Do not fret; do not be anxious about anything, but with thanksgiving present your requests to God by prayer and supplication. And the peace of God, which is beyond our understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Ask that this be true for them.
