 1. WAREHOUSE CLEANUP & ORGANIZATION OF HAITI SUPPLIES STAGING AREA: CANCELLED FRIDAY NIGHT, February 12th (INSTEAD WE WILL WORK ALL DAY SATURDAY)THIS SATURDAY, February 13th  8:00AM-6:00PM.   Just show up anytime Calvary  Community Church Warehouse Doors to Far Right of Main Entrance

This is a labor intensive job but very necessary to clean out the Calvary Warehouse to make space for both the storage of Supplies for the Haiti Relief Efforts as well as a staging/sorting area for supplies.  Please wear work clothes, closed toed shoes and bring work gloves if you have them.  

Please spread the word that help is needed and if you have any questions, please either E-mail haitirelief@calvarycc.org or call the Calvary dedicated Haiti Relief phone line at 818-575-2220.

2. HAITI RUMMAGE SALE:

Over the next 12-18 months we plan to coordinate multiple Short Term Mission Trips to work with an Orphanage in Haiti. FOR THE TROOPS will again be signing Christmas Cards for our deployed military in Iraq and Afghanistan.  This year the event will be held at the Reagan Presidential Library on Saturday, December 5th from 10 am to 12:30 pm.  Light refreshments will be served. Our celebrity signer this year is Kevin McKidd who plays Dr. Owen Hunt on Grey’s  Anatomy.  As he plays a Trauma Surgeon who has just returned from a tour in Iraq, he was delighted to come and show his support. We would love to have you join with us to send off wishes of support and cheer.  Space is limited to 80 people on a first come, first served basis. Please RSVP to USA@ForTheTroops.org if you wish to attend.  BE SURE TO PUT ‘RSVP’ IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
