Russia Orphan Ministry
Orphanage Support: Calvary partners with three evangelical churches in the Ryazan region to send out ministry teams to orphans in five government run orphanages. We also fund special projects such as Bible camps, new beds, computers, sewing machines, playground equipment, and provide gloves or shoes to help improve life for these children. At Christmas and Easter they deliver gifts to each child from our sponsorship funds as they share the message of God’s love.
Sponsorship = $30/month
The Transition Home is a safe home for about ten students who have graduated from the orphanages and are now attending local trade schools or the university. They have trgular bible studies and participate in services at Grace Baptist Church which mentors these kids. Students are learning life skills while living in a Christian environment supervised by caring Christian leaders.
Sponsorship per student = $300/month
