In accordance with the Luke 14:23 mandate “Go out (and bring them in) until my house is full.” The goal is to include persons with disabilities (both physical and developmental) into the Calvary family.
Current Opportunities:
Special Needs Fellowship: Each Sunday a group of special needs adults attends the 9 am service together and then participate in a potluck after the service. To attend or volunteer, contact Joan and Hugh Bryant at indyjoan@aol.com
Special Needs Sunday School: A special needs Sunday school class meets each Sunday during the 9 am service in the Early Childhood area. Additional volunteers are needed to share God’s love with these special children. For more information, contact Cathy at cathy.rosenberg@calvarycc.org
Special Needs Special Delivery: Each month a group of volunteers shares Christs love with individuals at the CP Home in Westlake Village through crafts, music and other activities. To join this Contact Donna at 805.497.3522.
We have scheduled the third Sunday of every month for our visits to our friends at the CP Home. 2010 dates: January 17, February 21, March 21, April 18, May 16, June 20, July 18, August 22, September 19, October 16- Luke 14 Event, November 21, December 19-Christmas Get-Together
